To set up a ticket panel, log into your dashboard, select your server, navigate to the panels section, and click "Add Panel". Configure your panel settings including support roles, ticket categories, and embed appearance, then send the panel to your desired channel.
By default, any server member can create tickets by clicking the ticket panel buttons. As an administrator, you can customize who has permission to create tickets through your Discord server's role and permission settings.
In your dashboard, configure the "Support Roles" setting for your ticket panel. Users with these roles will be able to claim, manage, and close tickets. You can assign multiple roles to handle tickets.
Yes! In your dashboard, you can fully customize the appearance of your ticket panels including titles, descriptions, colors, images, footers, and more. You can also set up custom ticket templates and forms.
Tickets can be closed by the ticket creator, support staff with the configured support roles, or server administrators. Tickets can be closed either in Discord using the close button or through the web dashboard.
Ticket transcripts are automatically saved and can be accessed through the dashboard. Administrators and support staff can view transcripts for closed tickets. Transcripts can also be downloaded in HTML or text format.
While there isn't a dedicated mobile app, Ticket Pro is fully responsive and works perfectly on mobile devices through the web dashboard. You can manage your tickets and settings from any device with a web browser.
